We imagine a North Port St. Joe that is resilient, prosperous, safe, and equitable for all. We also believe in a life that is healthy and prosperous for anyone who chooses to be a resident of our community.
Our Mission
The North Port St. Joe Community Development Corporation’s mission and objectives are designed to create direct impact on the current conditions in North Port St. Joe. Working closely with our founder, North Port St. Joe Project Area Coalition, our mission is to bring greater access to health, safe housing, and economic development to the residents of our community.
We provide programs and deliver services that address the needs of the North Port St. Joe community.
In collaboration with many partners across the Port St. Joe community, and the broader North Florida region, our objectives are to:

Bring to North Port St. Joe new opportunities, jobs, and commercial businesses to increase the economic wellbeing of our residents.

Develop affordable housing and residential amenities to increase the quality of life in our community.

Address the negative impact caused to our community by environmental injustices, both in the past and future.

Grow community events that engage our residents and neighbors in a way that creates a more vibrant experience.
